Cooley Recognized in Multiple Categories at Turnaround Atlas Awards
Cooley was recognized in four categories at Global M&A Network’s 16th annual Turnaround Atlas Awards on September 10, 2024. The firm was named to the winner circle for Distressed Investment Deal of the Year: Small Mid Market as the legal advisor to Grosvenor Food & AgTech in connection with AeroFarms’ Chapter 11 restructuring. Additionally, the firm was named to the winner circle for the Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year: Mid Markets as the legal advisor to Friendship Senior Options in connection with Evangelical Retirement Homes of Greater Chicago’s sale to Encore Healthcare Services.
Cooley was also acknowledged in Health Services Restructuring of the Year as the legal advisor to Thirty Madison in connection with its acquisition of certain assets from The Pill Club and in Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year: Small Mid Markets as legal advisor to the debtor-in-possession lender in connection with Winc’s Chapter 11 restructuring.
