Chambers Associate Recognizes Cooley as Elite for Associate Satisfaction
Chambers Associate recognized Cooley as an elite law firm in its annual interview-based survey of junior associates covering every aspect of law firm life.
The survey recognized Cooley as one of just 10 elite law firms in all categories – overall satisfaction, career development, pro bono work, benefits and quality of life, retention, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
The Associate Satisfaction Survey asks respondents to answer 40 questions ranging from their initial views on the firm and its competitors, their relationships with partners and clients, and the firm's handling of diversity and pro bono to their expectations, aspirations and exit plans. The satisfaction scores are a combination of all topics that can determine job satisfaction, including stress and mental health, career development, and retention.
