Palo Alto and Denver – March 20, 2024 – Five Cooley lawyers were honored on The Legal 500’s M&A Powerlist for 2024, including Jamie Leigh, the firm’s global M&A co-chair, and Sonny Allison, who co-chairs the private equity practice group, along with Amelia Davis, Francis Wheeler and Steve Tonsfeldt.
