Cooley Ranked #5 Overall on Law360 Law Firm Leaderboard

Firm ranked among top five for third consecutive year

Palo Alto – November 30, 2023 – Cooley has been recognized on Law360’s third annual Pulse Leaderboard list, which ranked the firm #5 overall. The ranking is an annual culmination of Law360’s holistic review of how law firms compare based on three pillars: practice footprint, prestige and social impact. Each pillar was equally weighted to determine a final composite score.

The practice footprint assessment evaluated firms based on data from LexisNexis companies Intelligize and Lex Machina that covered work on public mergers & acquisitions, registered offerings, and federal district court litigation in 10 high-profile practice areas over a three-year span.
