Barbara Borden, Cooley partner and co-chair of the firm’s mergers & acquisitions practice, has been listed as a finalist for Attorney of the Year as part of The Recorder’s California Legal Awards.

Borden and the other honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony in San Francisco in early November.
