Foundry Launches $500 Million Fund
Palo Alto – May 24, 2023 – Cooley advised Foundry, a venture capital firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, in raising its sixth-generation fund, Foundry 2022, at $500 million. Created to continue network-driven investing, the new fund invests in early-stage technology companies and venture funds. Partner Shane Goudey led the Cooley team.
