Sanabil Invests in Acceldata’s Series C Funding

Palo Alto – February 10, 2023 – Cooley advised Sanabil, a financial investment company, on its investment in Acceldata’s Series C funding at $50 million. Lawyers Josh Seidenfeld and Kevin Kearney led the Cooley team.

Acceldata offers an enterprise data observability platform that helps enterprises build and operate great data products. The company will use the funding to accelerate innovation and expand go-to-market efforts for its data observability platform.

Sanabil is a financial investment company that commits approximately $2 billion in capital per year to private investments that include venture, growth capital and small buyouts. Sanabil’s dynamic, nimble and highly experienced team of investment professionals provides partners with patient capital, the ability to invest across multiple funding rounds and access to the Gulf Cooperation Council ecosystem.
