Brookfield Growth Boosts SirionLabs’ Series D Round With $25 Million Investment

Singapore – January 9, 2023 – Cooley advised Brookfield Growth, the technology investment arm of Brookfield Asset Management, on its investment of $25 million in SirionLabs’ Series D funding round, boosting the total funding to $110 million. Lawyers Ferish Patel and Yi Jia Ng led the Cooley team advising Brookfield Growth.

The Brookfield Growth investment will support product innovation allowing SirionLabs to reinforce its position at the forefront of contract life cycle management. SirionLabs helps the world’s top businesses contract effectively with an easy-to-use, highly configurable Smarter Contracting platform that brings legal, procurement, sales and business teams together to author stronger contracts, improve risk management and strengthen counterparty relationships.
