Drata Announces $200 Million Series C

Funding round brings company’s valuation to $2 billion

San Diego – December 7, 2022 – Cooley advised Drata, a continuous security and compliance automation platform, on its $200 million Series C funding round. Partner Ken Rollins led the team advising Drata, along with associates Dylan Kornbluth and Christine Kim.

The latest round of funding, which was co-led by ICONIQ Growth and GGV Capital, doubles Drata’s valuation to $2 billion since its Series B round in November 2021.
