IVP and Meritech Co-Lead $65 Million Series B+ for Pigment

Paris – October 5, 2022 – Cooley advised IVP and Meritech as the co-lead investors in business planning platform provider Pigment’s $65 million Series B+ financing round. Jodie Bourdet, Tamim Bazzi and Zoë Egelman led the Cooley team advising IVP and Meritech. Louis Chenard and the team of Viguié Schmidt & Associés advised on French law aspects.

This latest funding comes on the heels of Pigment’s Series A and Series B rounds that totaled more than $100 million. ‍The additional funding will be used for product development to attract more large enterprises and further expand in the US.
