2048 Ventures Closes $67 Million Fund
Boston – January 26, 2022 – Cooley advised 2048 Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm, on the closing of its oversubscribed Fund II at $67 million. Partners Nicole Peppe and Stephanie Gentile led the Cooley team advising 2048 Ventures.
2048 Ventures intends to use Fund II to make 60 investments between $500,000 and $1.5 million over the next three years. The firm will continue to back founders who are creating technology platform companies of the future across the US and Canada, with a focus on application programming interfaces (APIs), infrastructure, marketplaces and specific types of vertical software as a service (SaaS).
