Palo Alto – May 25, 2021 – Tracy Rubin has joined Cooley in Palo Alto as a partner in the firm’s expanding technology transactions practice group. Rubin arrives from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati with more than a decade of experience counseling emerging growth and established companies across a range of technology-driven industries worldwide.

Rubin graduated from Amherst College and earned her JD from Stanford Law School. At Wilson Sonsini, she chaired its women’s diversity groups and served as a member of its pro bono, community service, recruiting and career development committees.
