Colorado – April 6, 2020 – Cooley has signed a lease that will move its Colorado office from Broomfield, Colorado, to a new, state-of-the-art space at 1144 Fifteenth in Denver. The location will support the firm’s future growth and provide greater opportunities to collaborate with clients.

“Cooley’s history in Colorado began in 1993 as the first Silicon Valley law firm to establish a presence in the state,” said Michael Platt, partner in charge of Cooley’s Colorado office. “We are thrilled to continue our commitment to innovators and entrepreneurs throughout the Rocky Mountain region in a forward-looking space that greatly strengthens our ability to grow with our clients in the area and beyond.”

Designed by internationally acclaimed architects at Pickard Chilton, the LEED Gold, 40-story building is the first Class-A office tower to rise above Denver in more than 30 years. The tower will feature dramatic views of the Rockies and offer a 13-story podium with retail stores, restaurants and a 5,000-square-foot fitness center.
