June 27, 2018

Palo Alto – June 27, 2018 – For the second consecutive year, Fortune has named Cooley to its Best Workplaces for Millennials list, which identifies unique and innovative cultures that help workplaces attract and retain millennial employees. Cooley is again the top law firm, ranking #13 overall.

Fortune partners with Great Place to Work to select the Best Workplaces for Millennials list, based on input from more than 434,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified companies. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference and feeling their work has special meaning.

Fortune consistently recognizes Cooley as a great place to work, having named the firm to its 100 Best Companies to Work For list five times in a row. In addition, Fortune has named Cooley to its best workplace lists for diversity, women, parents, flexibility, giving back and consulting and professional services.
