Rhodes has had a successful 30+ year career as one of the most prominent litigators, with experience spanning intellectual property litigation, privacy and data breach class actions and high-profile trial engagements. His leading privacy practice includes having handled multiple class actions for global tech giants Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snap (Snapchat), Niantic (Pokémon Go) and Twitter.
