Zenith Hygiene Agrees to Sell to Bain Capital

London – October 26, 2017 – Cooley advised Zenith Hygiene on its recommended final cash offer to sell to Bain Capital Private Equity through its investment in Diversey, a global supplier of hygiene and cleaning solutions. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2018.

Bain Capital plans to fund the acquisition through Diversey, which sold to the investment firm in September. The purchase of Zenith will allow Bain Capital to expand Diversey’s presence in Europe.

Founded in 1996, Zenith is a UK manufacturer and supplier of cleaning and hygiene chemicals offering a wide, high-quality range of related products.
