Venrock Leads $11.5 Million Series A for Misty Robotics

New York – June 20, 2017 – Cooley advised Venrock on leading Misty Robotics’ recent $11.5 million Series A financing round alongside Foundry Group.

Based in Boulder, Colorado, Misty Robotics builds personal robots for homes and offices designed to be friends, teammates, and part of the family. Misty Robotics is a spin-out company from Sphero.

Originally established as the venture capital arm of the Rockefeller family in 1969, Venrock partners with entrepreneurs to build some of the world’s most disruptive, successful companies.
