Mike Lincoln Named a Washingtonian Tech Titan

Cooley business chair ranked in biennial list of Washington’s 100 top tech leaders for fifth consecutive time

Washington, DC – May 2, 2017 – The Washingtonian recognized Cooley partner Mike Lincoln as a Tech Titan as part of its biennial list of Washington’s 100 Top Tech Leaders. This is Lincoln’s fifth consecutive time receiving this honor, which is awarded to the most influential people in the Metro DC tech community.

Lincoln, who co-founded Cooley's first East Coast office, is the firmwide head of Cooley's business department. His practice focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, M&A and private equity. His recent client work includes the sale of Crowdrise to GoFundMe, Fishbowl’s sale to Symphony Technology Group, Snagajob’s acquisition of PeopleMatter and Optoro’s $30 million Series D financing.
