Boston – November 21, 2016 – Cooley advised Dyn on its sale to Oracle. Dyn, based in Manchester, New Hampshire, is the leading cloud-based Internet Performance and DNS provider that monitors, controls, and optimizes Internet applications and cloud services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
