Firms need risk assessments and contingency plans to answer regulators' Brexit questions

"UK financial services firms should be making Brexit risk assessments and contingency plans in preparation for regulators' questions before and potentially after the June 23 referendum. The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) questioned firms about contingency planning and risk management in the context of the Scottish referendum, as well as the potential Greek departure from the European Union. Legal experts in London anticipate the PRA may already be asking firms about Brexit risk and contingency planning."
