SteelBrick sale to Salesforce for $360 Million

Cooley is advising SteelBrick on its sale to Salesforce for $360 million.

SteelBrick, which is built on the Salesforce.com platform, helps companies accelerate growth by automating quoting, contracting, and billing processes with its Quote-to-Cash product suite. Salesforce provides on-demand customer relationship management software services to help companies with global customer communication.

The team advising SteelBrick includes Jon Gavenman, Craig Menden, Rishab Kumar and Sepideh Mousakhani.

In September 2015, a Cooley team comprised of members of the firm's US and UK offices advised SteelBrick on its acquisition of UK-based Invoice IT.
