Medialets Sells to WPP

Washington, DC– April 23, 2014 – Cooley advised Medialets Inc. on its sale to global conglomerate WPP. Medialets is a media ad platform that enables businesses to create, deliver and measure mobile and tablet campaigns. WPP is the world's largest communications group.

Medialets will continue to be operated as a separate company.

The team advising Medialets included partner Mike Lincoln and associates Derek Colla, Kerry Killeen and Alison McCormick.Support was provided by partner Jeremy Naylor (tax) and associate Carly Humphrey (employment and labor).
