LookingGlass Acquires Kleissner and Associates

Palo Alto – July 23, 2015 – Cooley advised LookingGlass Cyber Solutions on its acquisition of Kleissner and Associates. According to LookingGlass, the transaction strengthens its overall threat intelligence capabilities and opens up new avenues for continued growth.

LookingGlass provides cyber threat intelligence management. Kleissner and Associates provides global botnet monitoring.

Cooley also advised LookingGlass on its $20 million Series B financing and simultaneous acquisition of CloudShield in March 2014.

The team advising LookingGlass included partner Matt Bartus and associates Eric Dixon and JD Moss.

Support for the deal was provided by partner Aaron Pomeroy and associate Amanda Pacheco (tax); and special counsel Randy Sabett (privacy and data protection).
