May 15, 2015

Washington, DC – May 15, 2015 – Cooley advised DraftKings on an exclusive sponsorship agreement with the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing ("NASCAR"). Through the three-year agreement, DraftKings will have an exclusive license to develop NASCAR-branded games across the daily fantasy sports category. DraftKings will also have access to a direct data feed from NASCAR Digital Media that contains real-time statistics, allowing fantasy players access to real time information on races and drivers.

DraftKings is an industry leader in daily fantasy sports competition that allows participants to compete against each other in contests to win cash prizes. In April, Cooley advised DraftKings on its expanded partnership with Major League Baseball.

The Cooley team advising DraftKings included sports industry special counsel Adam Chase.
