Cooley is a Four-Time "Best Law Firm for Women"

Palo Alto – July 30, 2015 – Cooley was recognized, for the fourth consecutive year, as one of the "50 Best Law Firms for Women" by Working Mother magazine and Flex-Time Lawyers. According to Working Mother: "Focusing on work schedule flexibility as well as advancement of women into equity partner ranks makes these firms the cream of the legal crop."

Cooley was highlighted for having women lawyers represent 25% of practice group chairs and a CEO who "is vocal about the need to advance women."

Cooley is one of the firms participating in the OnRamp Fellowship, a one-year training program designed to facilitate the re-entry of experienced women attorneys into the practice of law.
