Palo Alto – November 19, 2015 – The Human Rights Campaign awarded Cooley a perfect score on the 2016 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality.
"We're honored to be recognized for our commitment to fostering a diverse and rewarding workplace where LGBT employees can thrive and grow professionally and personally," said Erich Veitenheimer, partner and co-chair of Cooley's LGBTQ Affinity Group.
"This rating is a testament to Cooley's inclusive culture and we are proud to have achieved it," said Jennifer Lerner, associate and co-chair of Cooley's LGBTQ Affinity Group.
