Cooley Advises Jukely on its London Launch

London – June 5, 2015 – Cooley advised Jukely, an existing client of the firm's New York office, on its launch in the UK. Jukely is an exciting service that enables music fans to attend an unlimited number of gigs a month for a flat fee. The team included partners Ed Lukins (corporate) and Sarah Pearce, who was assisted by associate Amy Collins (both technology transactions).

The service began in New York in 2013 and has quickly expanded to 12 cities across the United States and Canada. In London, more than 50 concerts will be available to subscribers who will pay £25 a month for the service.
