July 17, 2014

New York – July 17, 2014 – Cooley LLP announced today that it was ranked by Vault as one of the top 10 "Best Law Firms to Work For" in the United States. In one year, Cooley moved up 10 spots, from 17th to seventh. Vault provides market intelligence on working in the legal profession.

The rankings were calculated using a formula that weighed associate ratings in over a dozen categories, including overall satisfaction, firm culture, compensation, leadership transparency, diversity, training and career outlook.

The firm's top 10 performance follows a significant jump on Vault's 2015 list of the "100 Most Prestigious Law Firms," where Cooley climbed more than any other firm and debuted in the top 50.
