Re/code Names Cooley Partner Dave Young "Power Player of LA Tech"

Los Angeles – June 23, 2014 – Cooley LLP announced today that Los Angeles partner Dave Young has been named to Re/code's "Power Players of LA Tech" list. The list was compiled as part of a special series about the Los Angeles tech scene. Young is the only attorney on the list. Other power players of LA tech included Michael Dubin, Ashton Kutcher, Mark Suster and Sam Teller.

Dave Young is a corporate partner resident in Cooley's Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies at all stages, as well as the venture capital firms, strategic investors and investment banks that finance these companies. Over the course of his career, he has advised companies and investors on more than 750 financings.
