The NVTC Tech Awards is a new program that recognizes individuals and companies in northern Virginia's technology community. The NVTC "Associate Member of the Year" award will go to an NVTC associate member company that has made the greatest contribution to the region's technology business community in 2014. The winners will be announced at the TechCelebration Annual Banquet in December 2014.

The NVTC is the largest membership and trade association for the technology community, with 1,000 members. Through its community, the NVTC represents 300,000 employees in the region.
