Broomfield, Colo. – April 14, 2014 – Cooley LLP announced today that its Colorado office has been named to the Denver Post's "Top Workplaces" list for 2014, marking the third consecutive year that Cooley has received this distinction. The list identifies the top workplaces in the Denver area.

"We're honored to have been recognized for the third year in a row by the Denver Post," said Mike Platt, partner-in-charge of Cooley's Colorado office. "The recognition is a testament to the strength and sustainability of the collaborative culture that we have worked so hard to establish in the office."

Cooley's Colorado office has approximately 40 attorneys and more than 30 staff members advising emerging technology and high-growth companies, venture funds and investment banks. Cooley's Colorado-based attorneys represent clients across all phases of their business cycles and provide expert counsel for the most sophisticated and challenging transactions faced by startup, emerging and established companies, funds and underwriters on corporate, litigation and intellectual property matters.

In 2013, Cooley was honored to be named, for the first time, to FORTUNE's annual list of the 100 best companies to work for in the US.
