"New York-based Sovereign Brands announced plans Wednesday to sell its stake in luxury champagne brand Armand de Brignac to a new, as yet-unnamed company set up by the hip-hop icon.
"Cooley emerging companies partner Jim Fulton in New York took the lead for Sovereign Brands on the deal, the terms of which were not disclosed. Working with Fulton on the matter are litigation partners Ian Shapiro and Alan Levine. The deal is Cooley's first for Sovereign Brands."
