Palo Alto, Calif. – January 23, 2014 – Cooley LLP announced today that its Absolute Priority newsletter will be transitioned to and launched as a blog. In its new form you will continue to receive the same business-focused commentary and analysis about corporate restructuring and bankruptcy that was customary with in the newsletter.
