Cooley Advises Underwriters on FireEye's $1.1 Billion Follow-On Offering

Palo Alto, Calif. – March 13, 2014 – Cooley LLP announced today that it advised the underwriters on FireEye, Inc.'s follow-on offering of 14 million shares of common stock worth more than $1.1 billion.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as lead joint bookrunners for the offering.

The Cooley corporate securities team advising the underwriters was led by partners Eric Jensen, David Peinsipp and Drew Williamson, and included associates Carolyn Mo and Robert E. Jones.

Cooley advised the underwriters on FireEye's IPO in September 2013.
