Reuben Chen Honored by the Minority Bar Coalition
Palo Alto, Calif. – November 20, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that Reuben Chen, a litigation partner in Cooley's intellectual property practice, has been named the recipient of the Minority Bar Coalition's Unity Award. The Minority Bar Coalition is a network of more than 25 diverse bar associations dedicated to working in a unified manner to advance the cause of diversity in the legal profession. Chen was honored as a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley.
Chen joined Cooley in 2003 and is resident in its Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on patent litigation. He has counseled clients in matters across a wide range of technologies and has successfully handled cases in significant patent litigation venues such as the Northern District of California, the Eastern District of Texas and the District of Delaware, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.
