Antitrust partner Howard Morse was selected to participate on a virtual panel for the American Bar Association's Antitrust Health Care Chronicle. Howard, along with other academics and legal professionals, discuss the arguments for and against "reverse-payment" settlement agreements in the pharmaceutical industry, as the Supreme Court takes up the legality of such agreements in FTC v. Actavis.
