Mike Lincoln Named to Washington Business Journal 's 'Power 100'

Reston, Va. – October 29, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that partner Mike Lincoln has been selected to the Washington Business Journal's 'Power 100' list for the second year in a row. According to the WBJ, its list is comprised of the region's most powerful, influential and well-respected business leaders.
The WBJ profile states: "Mike Lincoln is one of those names overheard over and over at startup events. Or perhaps you heard it bandied about as this year's Venture Capital Lawyer of the Year or as a top dealmaker in Washingtonian's Tech Titans list for the third year in a row. A board member of Mid-Atlantic Venture Association and Northern Virginia's entrepreneurial Mindshare program, Lincoln inspires this advice: If anyone offers to introduce you, take that person up on the offer."
Lincoln, a partner in Cooley's venture capital and mergers and acquisitions practice groups, also leads the firm's lateral recruiting and strategic growth efforts. In 1999, Lincoln co-founded Cooley's Reston office and he now maintains offices in both Reston and New York.
