Broomfield, Colo. – July 16, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that it represented Backflip Studios in its sale of a 70 percent stake to Hasbro Inc. for $112 million in cash. Backflip is a Boulder, Colorado based mobile game developer; Hasbro is one of the largest toy makers in the world.
Under the terms of the deal, Backflip will remain in Boulder and will maintain its current management structure.
The Cooley corporate team included partners Keith Berets and Laura Medina and associate Matt Dubofsky.
