Cooley Ranks 5th in Corporate Counsel's 2013 Patent Litigation Survey

Palo Alto, Calif. – October 24, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that it was ranked 5th on Corporate Counsel's list of law firms that "fought the most battles" in terms of the number of patent litigations undertaken last year. Cooley's 2013 ranking marks a significant move for Cooley, which was ranked 12th on last year's list. According to the 2013 survey, Cooley handled a total of 90 patent litigation cases in 2012, a 15% year-over-year increase from the 78 cases handled in 2011.
