Cooley LLP Advises on Two IPOs Named to The Daily Journal's Top 10 California IPOs of 2012 List

Palo Alto, Calif. – February 11, 2013 – Cooley LLP announced today that it advised on two initial public offerings that were selected to The Daily Journal's Top 10 IPOs of 2012 list, an annual list of the largest IPOs in California. Cooley advised Morgan Stanley & Co. and the other underwriters on ServiceNow's $210 million IPO and advised Ruckus Wireless on its $125 million IPO. Cooley also advised Morgan Stanley and the other underwriters on ServiceNow's $332 million follow-on offering in November 2012.

In 2012, Cooley advised on 13 IPOs and 36 follow-on offerings for a total of 49 offerings. Cooley has started out 2013 strong, advising on two IPOs and six follow-on offerings in January alone.
