Atcore Sells to Inflexion

Cooley advises UK tech travel company on sale to international PE firm
January 22, 2018

London – January 22, 2018 – Cooley advised the senior management team of Atcore Technology Group, a leading travel technology company, on its sale to Inflexion Private Equity. Private equity partner Stephen Rosen led the Cooley team.

“Atcore is a thriving international business, designing and operating advanced software platforms for our world-class client base,” said Dave Cruickshank, CEO of Atcore, in a news release. ”Partnering with Inflexion, who has extensive sector knowledge and broad international reach, will further enhance Atcore’s offering and we are excited about the next stage of our growth together.”

Inflexion will help Atcore’s ambitious management team accelerate organic growth. It will also work closely with management to explore a targeted acquisition strategy, capitalizing on Inflexion’s locally based international experts in Asia and South America to drive international expansion.

“The Cooley team successfully guided us through the transaction and, given the competitive auction process and the tight timeframe applied, we could not have managed this without them,” Cruickshank, CEO of Atcore, said. “We very much valued their collaborative approach and commitment to quality of service. The Cooley team joined up internally and, as importantly, externally with our other advisers and the Atcore deal team, which allowed us to focus on the key issues and take advantage of the significant experience within the Cooley team for this type of deal.”
