Join Cooley for a workshop on the recently adopted Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Space Modernization Order and its impact on licensing and regulatory compliance for in-space servicing, assembly and manufacturing (ISAM) operations.

Hosted as part of the COSMIC Policy and Regulation Focus Area’s workshop series, this session will feature representatives from the FCC’s Space Bureau for a discussion of the order’s expected policy and rule changes. Speakers will address the practical implications for ISAM and other space operations, including updates to licensing requirements and regulatory compliance considerations. The workshop will include time for Q&A and discussion.

This brown bag luncheon will be available in person and virtually.
