Event summary

Cooley, in collaboration with the Commercial Smallsat Spectrum Management Association (CSSMA), invites you to schedule a frequency information sharing meeting with federal spectrum managers and regulators on Monday, March 23, 2026. These meetings aim to facilitate technical discussions of spectrum resource sharing and efficiency, bringing together commercial space operators and federal spectrum managers and regulators from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), US Space Force, Federal Communications Commission (FCC), US Air Force and National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).

Registration is limited. Reach out to your relationship attorney if you are interested in attending a meeting. To ensure a productive meeting, be ready to provide additional detailed information regarding your proposed spectrum use and system at least one week before the meeting. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your meeting time slot. Due to limited availability, please contact your relationship attorney only if you can commit to attending.

Additionally, join us for an insightful fireside chat and happy hour with special guest Adam Cassady, who was appointed the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary and Deputy Administrator of the NTIA, and former FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell, Cooley partner and global communications practice chair. We look forward to seeing you there!

For questions about the event or your participation, contact Beau Backus, government liaison to CSSMA.
