This event will explore untapped industries at the intersection of New York and space, bringing important, powerful, diverse and often forgotten voices to the table.

Navigating the Unknown: Law in the New Space Age

Cooley partner Tony Lin will be speaking on this panel, which will explore New York’s role as a hub for legal proficiency in the space sector and key areas companies need to be aware of – including licensing; regulations from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and federal government; exports and international markets; contracts; and intellectual property considerations and protection in the space landscape.
