The My Health My Data Act
Cooley cyber/data/privacy special counsel Andrew Epstein discussed the scope and requirements of the My Health My Data (MHMD) Act, as well as noncompliance risks – including a private right of action. Epstein also touched upon other similar US state laws that followed enactment of the MHMD Act. This foundational presentation helped participants design risk-mitigation strategies in their compliance journey.
