Event summary

Cooley is proud to once again chair the digital health track at the BIO-Europe convention. The biopharma industry’s largest gathering of professionals in Europe, this flagship partnering event attracts more than 5,500 attendees representing a total of 60 countries and 2,220+ companies.

Before the convention, Cooley partner Kenneth Krisko was among the experienced dealmakers and industry insiders leading a three-day Advanced Business Development Course.

Advanced Business Development Course

A blend of lectures and case studies (with the latter often cited as participants’ favorite element), this course includes a mock valuation, negotiation and dealmaking exercise designed to challenge participants to apply the concepts they have learned during the course.
