Cooley associate Olya Antle spoke on this panel, which discussed efforts underway worldwide to adopt the Model Law on Recognition and Enforcement of Insolvency-Related Judgments and challenges faced by jurisdictions considering adoption of this model law, as well as the processes for recognition and enforcement of insolvency-related judgments currently in place in countries that have adopted the Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency but not the Model Law on Recognition and Enforcement of Insolvency-Related Judgments.
