The US Securities and Exchange Commission has been very active in the cybersecurity space and recently proposed a new Cybersecurity Risk Management, Strategy, Governance and Incident Disclosure rule. Internal legal counsel, C-level executives, security professionals and board members must work together to address the SEC’s requirements.

During this webinar, our presenters will explain how to prioritize and operationalize the proposed rule and other SEC mandates related to cybersecurity.
