Whistleblower Reporting, Rights and Protections

This panel will cover the recent expansion of whistleblower rights and protections in the US, and how it may help explain the increase in whistleblower complaints in the last few years. Panelists will also discuss how to determine when an internal investigation is appropriate, procedures to follow during an investigation and maintaining proper communication between outside and in-house counsel.
