Cullen Speckhart will speak on the panel "The Texas Two-Step: A Complex Dance with Mass Tort Liabilities" at the 2022 TMA NOW Summit. The Texas Two-Step is a strategy that has been used by companies with enormous tort liabilities and is getting a lot of attention now. This panel will discuss what the Texas Two-Step is, how it’s being used, and the variety of issues it involves. They will touch on the J&J bankruptcy as well as other mass tort cases.
